When you replay negative moments…
when you focus on what went wrong…
when you doubt yourself…
You are feeding the wolf of fear.
But when you choose gratitude…
when you speak kindly…
when you believe in growth…
You are feeding the wolf of strength.
The two wolves, the battle within you. Welcome back to sweet dreams. This is your moment to slow down, to breathe, and to gently prepare your mind for rest. Let the noise of the day fade away. Take a deep breath and slowly exhale. Tonight we plant something meaningful. I want to share a story with you. An old man once sat with his grandson and began to explain something about life. He said, Inside every person there are two wolves constantly fighting. The boy listened closely. One wolf is filled with anger, jealousy, fear, doubt, and pride. The other wolf is filled with kindness, peace, love, hope, and courage. The boy thought about this for a moment, then asked a simple question. Which wolf wins? Taha. The old man smiled and said, The one you feed. Hmm. Think about that for a moment. Every day, through your thoughts, your focus, your reactions, you're the one feeding one of those wolves. When you replay negative moments, when you focus on what went wrong, when you doubt yourself, you are feeding the wolf of fear. But when you choose gratitude, when you speak kindly, when you believe in growth, you are feeding the wolf of strength. And here's the truth: both wolves exist in everyone. You don't need to pretend the negative one isn't there. You only need to decide which one gets more of your attention. Right now, as you prepare to sleep, your mind is in a powerful state. What you think about in this moment, what you allow to settle in your mind, matters more than you realize. So, tonight, choose carefully, not with pressure, but with awareness. Choose thoughts that support you. Choose thoughts that lift you. Choose thoughts that help you become better. You don't control everything in life, but you do control what you give your energy to, and that changes everything. Let these words settle quietly in your mind. I choose thoughts that strengthen me. I feed peace, not fear. I am in control of what I focus on. Let that sit gently, no force, just intention. As you drift into sleep tonight, remember this: the thoughts you feed shape the life you live. So feed the ones that help you grow. If this message gave you peace or made you reflect, take a moment to share it with someone who might need it. And follow sweet dreams so you can return to this space whenever you need it. Rest your mind. You've done enough for today. This is Sweet Dreams with Uncle Pizza. Sleep well and good night.
